Brian D. Womac was born in Houston, Texas on November 18, 1959 and admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. He received his preparatory education at University of Texas (B.B.A., Petroleum Land Management, 1982) and his legal education at South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1985). He has been Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1991.

Stacey L. Kremling was born in Houston, Texas on March 16, 1978 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006. She was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas. She received her preparatory education at Southwest Texas State University (B.B.A., Marketing, 2000) and legal education at South Texas College of Law (J.D. 2004)

Brian D. Womac II was born in Houston, Texas on January 19, 1995 and admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2021. He received his preparatory education at Rice University (B.A., Political Science, 2017) and legal education at South Texas College of Law (J.D. 2021)

Stacey L. Kremling  -  $300.00 per hour

Fees are billed on a monthly detailed statement, utilizing billing entries in tenths (0.10) of an hour. Alternative arrangements are available. Contingency Fee Agreements are based upon an up-front fee of $6,000 and 40% of the money or property collected or an up-front fee of $8,000 and 35% of the money or property collected. 
Commercial Landlord/Tenant Relations
Womac Law provides all aspects of legal services to commercial property owners and managers, including lease negotiations and drafting, consultation, litigation and collection. The firm takes pride in being credited with drafting countless lease agreements utilized routinely in office buildings, industrial properties and retail shopping centers throughout the State of Texas, as well as having litigated over 3,000 landlord/tenant cases.
 
Real Estate
Womac Law is qualified to represent clients in Texas commercial real estate matters. The firm provides representation regarding acquisition and development of land, foreclosure, ad valorem tax matters as well as services to builders and developers, including, preparing and negotiating construction and professional contracts, negotiating leases, sale documents, and short term and long term debt financing. 
 
Litigation
Womac Law has a strong and active litigation practice, particularly lawsuits involving contracts, real estate, insurance, collections, hazardous waste and deceptive trade practice matters.  The firm has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, structured settlements, appeals, and post-judgment collections.  The attorneys are admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Texas.
 
Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy
Womac Law provides services to creditors in all phases of the reorganization and liquidation process.
 
Corporate and Commercial
Womac Law can assist in the organization of corporations, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships, including partnerships related to real estate ventures and investments. The firm also works with clients in negotiating and structuring commercial and real estate transactions, contracts and license agreements.
